Been handed down this Le Creuset pan by my mum. Any tips on restoring to almost new?

In my head this looks like raw cast iron, so it’d be a scrub with steel wool and seasoning job.

    But they’re apparently enameled?!

Oven cleaner and a bin bag.

Open up the bin bag, put the pan inside. Spray liberally with oven cleaner, and close the bin bag. Leave it overnight. In the morning rinse everything off and repeat if necessary. Watch out for the fumes, they’re really not nice, so make sure you do it outside or somewhere ventilated.

Barkeepers friend. Soft sponge. Soft motions. Let is soak. Shouldnt be too hard to clean up nice. I even use the blue non scratch scotch Brite on mine. Just don’t rush and press too hard. Though it is hard enamel on iron. Pretty sturdy stuff. Just expensive so people really baby them.
