Probably, but it is hard to tell in the photo if the enamel is damaged.
In this case I suggest starting with EasyOff Heavy Duty (yellow cap — lye based) oven cleaner. Take the pan outside (wear protective gloves, mask and eye protection) spray it down thoroughly, inside and out and seal in a garbage bag. Leave it overnight. The next day, rinse completely with water and vinegar and wash with hot soapy water. You can use a nonstick safe scrubby sponge if necessary.

Grab some [Easy Off yellow cap heavy duty oven cleaner](https://www.amazon.com/Easy-Off-Heavy-Cleaner-Regular-Scent/dp/B00D3LO25C) (or any oven cleaner that contains lye), a heavy duty trash bag, some latex/rubber gloves, and a mask. Go outside and put the piece in the bag. Spray the crap out of the piece. Seal the bag and let it sit for a couple hours (it’s recommended overnight). If you put the bag in direct sunlight it will make the cleaner work better. Then hose it off (still wearing gloves) and rinse it in soapy water. Give it a rinse in a 50/50 vinegar/water mix to completely inert the lye and [BAM](https://imgur.com/a/twKEUM9) your piece should be back to new!

Oh yea. It’s going to be like new

Yellow cap oven cleaner it and leave In a trash bag for a few hours, come back and clean off 🙂

May have to do it twice but it’ll be as good as new

100% head on over to r/castiron someone just did one exactly like that but worse. Came out beautifully

  6. How much are they selling it for? I feel like it’s salvageable but if it’s super expensive might not be worth the risk/effort. I just restored one that was similar and I got it back to like new condition! It did take a ton of work though. I have a post about it from last week if you’re interested in what I did.
