Chipped enamel uncovered while restoring a beat up LC. Any suggestions?
Picked up a very mistreated Le Creuset with the hope of bringing it back to life. Looks like some tiny pieces of top layer enamel (nothing that would constitute an actual chip) have come off. From what I can tell, possibly the result of prior owner using metal utensils. Wondering if the pan is no longer safe to use? Would LC lifetime warranty cover this at all as I’m not the original owner?
This one is now relegated to bread oven. Which is not all that bad.
