Has anyone had any success baking cornbread in the braiser pan?

I want to make cornbread but not with a cast iron skillet. I was thinking of the braiser pan. I know the recipes call for a cast iron skillet but will it really change the outcome if I use the pan?

    As long as you use the same diameter I don’t think it will matter much.
    If you have a 2.25 quart braiser it’s about the same as a 10.25″ skillet.
    If you have a 3.5 quart braiser, it’s more like a 12″ skillet.
    Choose your recipe appropriately.
