Help with ID/possible repair

Picked up these two saucepans at a thrift store: https://imgur.com/a/R385sBv . For the life of me, I haven’t been able to find an exact match to any model. The best guess I have is the black satin finish, but I can only find white enamel with the straight handle and squared helper handle. Any ideas on exact type?

Also, the finish seems to be coming off in flakes, not chips, and underneath is some material that is white or a very light grey, not bare cast iron. Is it a nonstick coat that has the white enamel underneath, and if so, can I strip the rest of the black coat and get it down to either enamel or bare cast iron somehow (would that even be useable in a saucepan?).
