I dont seem to know what i am doing when it comes to browning beef in a LC skillet. I normally heat up a dry skillet for 5 minutes on medium heat, add oil, wait another 2-3 minutes then put the beef in. My problem is the beef never browns. It will cook but I never get that brown caramelization.
Am I doing something wrong?
I keep the heat at medium the entire time, from preheating to finish.
