I inherited a wonderful LC Dutch oven from a family member, but the enamel inside is chipped. Is there a way to fix this?

There’s no way to fix that and for it to be food safe. Instead you’ve inherited a new plant pot.

However, you can bake bread if you line the pot with grease proof paper. But I’d still be a little worried about the enamel coming away even more, and eventually providing a crunchy texture to whatever you cook in it. Go with the plant pot.

You can line that with parchment paper, and totally bake bread in it.
