Not sure if it is but you can get BKF from B&Q, Wilko’s and of course Amazon in the UK.

Don’t bother with BKF. You’ll be scrubbing for weeks and will probably damage the enamel. Grab some [Easy Off yellow cap heavy duty oven cleaner](https://www.amazon.com/Easy-Off-Heavy-Cleaner-Regular-Scent/dp/B00D3LO25C) (or any oven cleaner that contains lye), a heavy duty trash bag, some latex/rubber gloves, and a mask. Go outside and put the piece in the bag. Spray the crap out of the piece. Seal the bag and let it sit for a couple hours (it’s recommended overnight, yours might need some extra time). If you put the bag in direct sunlight it will make the cleaner work better. Then hose it off (still wearing gloves) and rinse it in soapy water. Give it a rinse in a 50/50 vinegar/water mix to completely inert the lye and [BAM](https://imgur.com/a/twKEUM9) your piece should be back to new!

    Also, happy cake day!

Is that even an enameled pan? It looks like cast iron to me
