Working on my wedding registry and I’ve already added the the 5.5 qt dutch oven since that seems to be the consensus starter/most popular size for the dutch oven, but I’d also really like to register for the braiser. I keep flipping between the 3.5 qt and the 5qt- does anyone have any advice? It’s just my fiancé and I right now but we usually cook enough to have leftovers and I want it to be a piece I use long term. It seems like a lot of people feel like the 3.5 qt braiser is their go-to, but others say you never wish you had a smaller pan, only a bigger pan, but I don’t want the 5qt to be too big that I don’t use it. Appreciate any tips as someone starting out with these pieces!!
